Tuition Fees

Application Fees:

Application Fee: $75 (non-refundable)

Tuition Fees Upon Acceptance:

Junior Tuition (half day): $375 PLUS Application Fee (Total $450)
Senior Tuition (full day): $685 PLUS Application Fee (Total $760)

Application Fee to be paid at the same time as VIDEO AUDITION is submitted
Tuition Fee payable upon acceptance to the camp

Video Auditions:

Record a video of your most up to date piece or etude no longer than 5 minutes. Choose a piece of music that shows your level and ability well so that we can easily match you with similar level players. If you are auditioning as a group, the music should show your current level of playing. On the application form, please list the composer and the name of your musical choice for the video. Please be sure to upload your video audition to Youtube by the deadline and send us the link via email. Video description should state the name of the piece and the student(s) performing. Privacy settings should allow anyone with the link to watch your video. If you have questions about the video audition, please email us before the end of April.

Please note that your audition does not guarantee a spot in the summer camp.

All students will receive notification by May 5, 2026 to let them know if they have passed the audition process and are accepted into the camp. Spaces will be filled based on playing level and the ability to put each applicant with like-level and similar age students.

Students who are accepted into the program will have 7 days from their letter of acceptance to pay the full registration fee.

Spaces are limited to 7 Intermediate/Senior Ensembles and 2 Junior level ensembles.

Pre-formed ensembles are welcome to audition as a group and may submit a video performance of the pre-formed group rather than individual performances.

Refunds:

Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Tuition Fee is only refundable on the following schedule:

On or Before May 25, 2026: 100% Refundable
Between May 26 & June 25, 2026: 50% refundable
After June 25, 2026: NO REFUNDS as the ensembles will have been set and music will be sent for students to start their practicing and preparation.
